We source stones from open quarries and take extreme care that the texture and other features of the stone remain intact. Cutting is the most important stage in the production of slate stone and needs extra precaution because even a slight deviation from the specification could result in making the stone useless. While cutting we ensure that edges are perfect and at the same time maintain perfect squareness in cut to size materials. We have a mechanized cutting section which is environment friendly and keeps the level of dust and saw at the minimum. We have also installed various precautionary and safety equipment for our employees in case there is any kind of mis-happening.

Once the stones are cut into different shapes and sizes, we stock them in blocks as per their length, width and thickness. We stock them with utmost care because a little less carefulness and the result is taper slabs. We maintain a very low down feed and regularly monitor the sharpness of slabs to insure minimum tolerance within the same slab. You can choose from the best variety of different quality of rough blocks & slabs from our stockyard.

A traditional treatment in which the stone is split along its line of cleavage to open the same at the natural grain; thereby giving the surface a great character. We also have a team of master splitters, who have years of experience with them in the art of splitting stones.

So far as calibration of stone is concerned, we are equipped with latest technology to achieve flat surface and unified thickness, hence to improve polishing efficiency and quality. We also ensure that the quality of the surface finish or shape/thickness of the stone is no different throughout the grades, each type is cut and polished to the same standard.

A series of crates, pallets, corrugated boxes and other packing materials are used by us to pack our valuable stones. Experts assure that goods are packed properly in proper packing material. A complete in-house packing quality check facility ensures flawless delivery of goods with zero defect specification.
